Tim’s History:
I was born at a military hospital in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas.
I am the oldest son of Ewell and Helen McCallum. My siblings are Mary, Chris, and Linda. We are a Military family that was stationed in Kansas, Missouri, Texas, France, Germany, Kentucky and Georgia. We moved back to Texas in 1972 as my father finished his US Air Force career and retired in 1976 from what is known today as Air Intelligence Agency.
In 1962, I started my education at Rose Garden Elementary in Universal City and in 1974 completed my primary education with Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio. I then attended San Antonio Junior College and graduated from our then newest State School UTSA with a BBA in Accounting in 1979. I became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982.
Upon graduation like many young Texas men, I entered the oil and gas industry with Sanchez-O’Brian Oil and Gas Corporation in Laredo where I worked with tax leverage investments. I rose through the ranks to working directly for the principals of the company and handling many different investments from Banking, Real-estate, Automobile dealerships and cattle. In 1983, I then entered into public tax and accounting practice working with my father who had started the business in 1977.
I met my wife Frankie Ann Guerra through an introduction by a mutual friend. After a two year courtship, we were married in 1994 at St. Benedicts Catholic Church. Frankie is a 1975 graduate of St. Gerard’s High School and a 1979 Graduate of Texas Lutheran University.

We have a miniature dachshund dog named Lacey Bell and two kitty cats named Buck and Spur. I have been involved in various ministries including the Co-host of a TV show on CTSA. I have lived in Hollywood Park since 1986 at 537 Ventura. We love living in Hollywood Park and feel that we have been truly blessed to have met so many wonderful neighbors.
